I am believer in the fact that steady and incremental changes are more effective than drastic measures. I chose GI because I get the opportunity to help my patients with building a better relationship with their bodies. Naturally we are what we eat, but I emphasize choosing good foods that also delight your taste buds - you are more likely to eat it if it tastes good to you, right?
